Eric Abidal could not attend the French-Swedish Game
Eric Abidal will not be able to come to the Olympic Stadium, Kiev, on Tuesday (19/6) to watch the final Group C match between the country's Euro 2012, France, and Sweden, say Yohan Cabaye.
Left-back's 32-year Barcelona has just undergone liver transplant surgery in April so that should be absent in Polkraina strengthen Les Blues, but he got an invitation from the FFF, PSSI was France, to watch the party directly versus Sweden.
Unfortunately, Abidal could not meet the invitation because of the same day he had to undergo a routine medical examination to determine the condition of his heart.
"Abi should join us in the Ukraine and spent time with us, but unfortunately it will not happen," wrote Cabaye on the official website.
"But we'll soon see him, if you can qualify to the quarter-finals," Abidal said.
